Born of the same family as Lebanese super-star, Noura, Volt has taken the mezze concept and applied to Italian favourites - perfect for those who wish they could just try everything. Formerly of Al Duca, Chef Giovanni Andolfi creates smaller versions of Italian classics, and it works like a charm.
