Salvador & Amanda draws on the influences of what the Spanish call 'the real Spain', principally cities such as Madrid, Bilbao, Logrono and San Sebastian. Its philosophy is based on the golden triumvirate of Bar y Tapas y Fiesta. With a late license, capacity of 270, and its ideal placement on the boundary of Covent Garden and Soho, it lends itself perfectly to both hedonistic parties and meetings. Two course meal

Designed by Colcutt and Holloway, and built by Richard D'Oyly Carte, The Palace theatre started out as a opera house on 31st January 1891, with a production of "Ivanhoe".
Following a short transitional period, the theatre was let, in May 1892 to Henry E. Abbey and Maurice Grau who staged a Sarah Bernhardt season, including dramas such as "Cleopatre", "Leah", "La Tosca", "Frou Frou", and "Phedre".
The theatre underwent several changes of ownership, before finally gaining recognition as a variety house (and production theatre).
